Job Title: Lead lifeguard city of Coronado
Fitness Job Title: bodybuilder

Need to do something different than everyone else. being that I had gained the freshman 15 that’s when I started to look and had found weight lifting and have been hooked ever since.

I decided to go with USPN For the main purpose of it being a small and close family and welcoming me with open arms I feel proud when I put on a shirt or sweater and people recognizing it and saying “I know that store” and to me that’s says something, that we really do make an impact in the fitness world and outside world as well.

At first I would tell them that they need to understand their own body because everyone has a different type of body. That they need to do this for themselves, and just plain and simple HAVE FUN WITH IT, because This is something that requires patience and consistency.

For me the motivation comes from the people I work out with from powerlifting to strongman to bodybuilding and keeping it fun is my big point I take everywhere. Lately what has been motivating me is seeing people learn and excel and seeing them pass it on to someone else and to know I’m helping people that’s the best part.

First off I would like to say “Welcome” it’s an honor that you look up to me . But my main point is to not give up there will be a lot of challenges, tough moments but take your time and enjoy the ride. See new gyms see old gyms ask as many questions as you possibly can at the right time and when you really need it. A great friend of mine told me this in rugby it doesn’t matter if you gain an inch or a yard but that you had moved the ball forward that’s exciting and that’s all we want and the fact that you keep on trying is awesome and when you don’t move the ball you know for next time what to do differently and be able to succeed. I will leave you with this last quote to really think about and see where it fits into your life “no matter what you do or sport you play you will have to take your lumps and bruises with the wins and keeping pushing forward until you reached your goal. Meaning that an journey is not gonna be easy but it will be worth it once you look back. Thank you for your time and I will do my best to keep on making improvements and to show you winners never quit.
